STUDIO POLICIES
TUITION & REGISTRATION
Tuition is based on our 10 month season, August through June, and broken down into manageable monthly payments. Even though some months have 3 weeks, other months have 5 weeks, it averages out over the course of the 10-month program. Tuition does not fluctuate with holidays, vacations, or any absences. Make-up classes can be scheduled for any absences (see our class make-up policy).
A non-refundable, annual registration fee of $15 per student is charged with first month’s tuition at registration. A family discount is offered of $25 for two dancers or $30 for three or more dancers.
PAYMENTS & LATE FEEES
Tuition is due on the 25th of each month (to be applied to the following month) and is to be paid via our online portal or cash/check (checks payable to Elevation Academy of Dance). Automatic payments can be set up in your online portal. Tuition is non-refundable.

A late fee of $10 will be charged after a 5 day grace period (30th of month) followed by an additional late fee of $25 on the 10th of the month if the balance has not been paid or a payment arrangement has not been made. Tuition is non-refundable. Payments more than 60 days late with no communication will be sent to collections.
