Young Heart Yogis
Young Heart Yogis is a special experience dedicated to nurturing the hearts, minds, and bodies of children as they connect to themselves in a fun, interactive way. Each class thoughtfully incorporates yoga postures, breathing techniques, partner poses, and playful games within a safe, child-friendly environment. Through our yoga practice, children learn and explore important traits such as courage, strength, perseverance, focus, trust, and an “I can” attitude—building confidence and resilience from the inside out.
