For dancers looking for more, our Accelerated Training Program provides an immersive training experience designed to help dedicated students reach their fullest potential—both as dancers and as people.
This audition-based program is built around each dancer's individual goals. Whether those goals include technical growth, performance opportunities, collegiate dance, professional aspirations, or competitive dance, we work closely with each family to create a training path that supports their journey. This includes guidance on class placement, supplemental training, private lessons, workshops, conventions, and performance opportunities throughout the season.
Dancers in the Accelerated Training Program train in a motivating, team-centered environment that challenges them to develop strong technique, artistry, discipline, resilience, leadership, and confidence. Along the way, they build lasting friendships and become part of a community that encourages one another to grow both inside and outside the studio.
For dancers interested in competitive dance, our Competitive Program is offered within the Accelerated Training Program. These dancers travel regionally throughout the season, working with renowned choreographers and instructors while gaining valuable performance experience and exposure to opportunities beyond our small community.
Acceptance into the Accelerated Training Program is by audition or invitation only and is available to dancers ages 7 and up.

Where Passion Meets Performance
EAD Empower
Our Empower Company is a recreational performance group for dancers who love to shine on stage and grow as artists—without the pressure of a full-time competition team. Dancers commit to a minimum of 2 classes per week and have the exciting opportunity to perform at community events, compete in one local dance competition in Grand Junction, and take part in our annual Winter Company Showcase.
Each season includes personalized progress evaluations, a professional photo shoot, and a fun, celebratory end-of-year awards ceremony. Empower is all about building confidence, fostering friendships, teamwork, and a lifelong love of dance in a supportive, inspiring environment.

EAD Elevate
For dancers ready to take their training to the next level! The Student Performance Company offers a more focused and immersive experience for passionate dancers who are dedicated to growing both on and off the stage. Members train 3–4 nights a week, committing to technical excellence, artistic development, and meaningful performance opportunities.
Dancers perform at local community events, compete in one Grand Junction competition, shine in our Winter Company Showcase, and enjoy a free photo shoot and end-of-year awards celebration. In addition, they attend a yearly educational dance convention—expanding their horizons through master classes, new styles, and industry insight.
The Student Company is all about discipline, creativity, and connection—preparing dancers for future opportunities in dance while keeping the joy and community spirit at the heart of it all.

EAD Excite & Edge
The EAD Competitive Team is for dancers who are ready to push their limits and shine on a bigger stage. These dedicated performers do everything our Student Performance Company does—community performances, the Grand Junction competition, the Winter Showcase, photo shoot, progress evaluations, and year-end awards—but with an added layer of intensity, teamwork, and travel.
Competitive Team dancers train multiple nights a week and travel to regional competitions where they compete for titles, trophies, and recognition. But it's not just about the awards—it’s about building lifelong friendships, growing through challenge, and creating unforgettable memories as a team.
This is the ultimate experience for passionate dancers ready to take their training, artistry, and performance to the next level—while having a blast along the way.
